By accessing iSaver at isaver.online or using any of its downloader tools, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have verifiable parental consent) and that you accept these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.
iSaver is a free, browser-based tool that helps you save media that Instagram already makes publicly available, by taking a public link or username you provide and returning the corresponding public file. iSaver requires no login and does not host, store or index Instagram content; it acts only at your direction for the request you submit. The service is provided on an as-available basis and specific tools or features may change or be withdrawn at any time.
iSaver is intended solely for publicly available Instagram content. You must not use it to attempt to access private accounts, content behind access restrictions, or any material you are not legally entitled to obtain, and you must not use the site to circumvent technical protection measures or Instagram's terms. You also agree not to overload, scrape at scale, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service or its infrastructure, and not to use it for any unlawful, infringing, harassing or harmful purpose.
Instagram content is owned by the creators or their licensors. Downloading a file through iSaver does not transfer any ownership, licence or right to you. You are solely responsible for how you use any downloaded file and for obtaining the creator's permission before republishing, modifying, distributing, monetising or otherwise reusing content. Use limited to personal, non-commercial reference may be acceptable in some jurisdictions, but copyright, moral rights and local law remain your responsibility. The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, or non-infringement. iSaver does not guarantee that any specific link will resolve, that downloads will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular quality or format will be available, because availability depends entirely on what Instagram serves publicly at the time of the request.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iSaver and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service — including any claim arising from how you use downloaded content. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the minimum amount permitted.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iSaver and its operators from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your use of any downloaded content, or your breach of these terms or of any third-party right or applicable law.
iSaver is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. Instagram and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used here only for descriptive identification.
We may revise these terms at any time; the effective date is shown by the Last updated date on this page, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, to the extent permitted by your local mandatory consumer law.
